The graph shows the average percent of the student population infected by each type of location. The location types and undergraduate population are taken from the 2019-2020 school year. I looked at the percent of the population infected rather than the number of cases because we might expect cities to have a larger university population than universities in more remote areas. I expected cities to have the largest percent of population infected solely due to the increased number of people someone is exposed to in a given day. Surprisingly, towns had just as high of an average percent infected, if not greater.
