Ty served as a Team Lead with the College Crisis Initiative and completed his degree in Political Science at Davidson in the spring of 2022. Currently, Ty serves as a Strategy and Operations supervisor at McMaster-Carr, where he oversees 14,000 transactions daily and conducts strategic analyses of sales-side workflows. Ty intends to begin his Masters in Public Policy at Northwestern University this January.

Anna Louise Lewis
Anna Lousie Lewis is a current Data Collector for the College Crisis Initiative. Anna Louise is passionate about early childhood, K-12 education, and specifically special education. This past summer, Anna Louise worked as a substitute teacher at a Child Development Center and interned at a coffee shop that provides employment for those with differing abilities. She is currently co-authoring a chapter on reading disabilities with her advisor, is a member of Rusk Eating House, and volunteers as a Young Life leader. Additionally, Anna Louise spent her first year in the Children’s Studies program at a university in Galway, Ireland, and then transferred to Davidson College during her sophomore year. Following Davidson, Anna Louise plans to get her Master’s in Teaching. In her free time, Anna Louise loves to volunteer, travel, drink London Fog lattes and watch Hallmark Christmas movies.
Rachel Thomas
Rachel Thomas graduated from Davidson College in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Rachel worked as a Team Lead with the College Crisis Initiative. As an Economics major and Data Science minor, Rachel also worked within the Davidson College Economics department as a Research Assistant to Dr. Shyam Gouri Suresh, where she co-authored a paper examining partisan bias in media coverage of the U.S. federal debt and assists in other research tasks. Beyond the classroom, she was a member of the Davidson College Pre-Business Society, Women in Business, and Warner Hall Eating House.
Rachel currently works as a Financial Institution Specialist in Risk Management for the FDIC.
Victoria Marsicovetere
Victoria Marsicovetere is a sophomore Computer Science major at Davidson College. Victoria enjoys using code to solve problems and hopes to transfer these skills to assist in problem-solving for social causes. Being a transfer student from Clemson University to Winthrop University Honors Program and now to Davidson, she has first-hand experience with different higher education institutions and their responses to major crises. She looks forward to researching with the C2i team to discover how higher education institutions nationwide respond and adapt to crises. In her free time, Victoria enjoys helping others through volunteer work and would like to transfer her computer science skills to develop technology that improves the quality of life for others. Victoria is ecstatic to join the Davidson community and get involved in this impactful research.
Addie McDonough
Addie McDonough is a Team Lead and Data Collector for the College Crisis Initiative. She is an intended Political Science Major and Religious Studies Minor with a special interest in international relations and history. Addie stays busy working for C2i and with her involvement on campus. She is the Vice President for the Davidson College Democrats, a Davidson Outdoors trip leader, and a Chidsey Leadership Fellow for the class of 2023. Outside of C2i, Addie loves all things activism and outdoors. When she is not campaigning, studying, or researching, she is cooking, hiking or playing lacrosse.
