Michelle Dimino is the Senior Education Policy Advisor at Third Way, a public policy think tank based in Washington, DC, where her research and advocacy focus on improving student outcomes, promoting quality and transparency, and strengthening accountability across the U.S. higher education system. Michelle’s writing and commentary have been featured in The Washington Post, The Hill, Bloomberg, Inside Higher Ed, POLITICO, and The Hechinger Report, among other outlets. Prior to joining Third Way, Michelle held communications and public affairs roles for higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from Harvard University and a master’s degree in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania.
