Anna Drake Warshaw
Anna Drake Warshaw helps institutions and networks test and scale strategies for narrowing attainment gaps by race and income. A Davidson graduate, Anna began her career in nonprofit and university development in Charlotte before earning her Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently works for the University Innovation Alliance as Director of Partnerships, Learning, and Evaluation, and served previously as University Innovation Alliance Fellow and Assistant Director of the Center for Higher Education Innovation at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include higher education politics, policy, and organizational change, with a focus on removing race and income as predictors of postsecondary success.
